Mercury Retrograde Shadow Work Spread

Hey hey my people! I have a spread for you today since we are nearing the final stages of Mercury Retrograde! I thought the collective could use another Mercury Retrograde Shadow Work tarot spread. Has something been drudge up through this retrograde? Perhaps an ex resurfaced, there's been communication snafus, or travel plans gone awry. Perhaps some past trauma, which you thought you had healed, now demands your attention? This spread will help you find the root cause, and hopefully you will feel lighter, or at least, your tarot deck will entertain you by doing this spread.

Without further ado, here is the tarot spread!

For transparency purposes, ChatGPT helped me develop this spread. I created the graphic using Canva. I have no intention on ripping anyone off. If I have ripped off your spread with ChatGPT, please let me know at samstarotbiz@gmail.com  and I'll take this post down!

1. The Surface: What is Mercury Retrograde bringing up to the surface?

This card tells you what issue, memory, or emotion has your attention during Mercury Retrograde.

2. The Root

This card talks about where or when this issue started or came from. Think of it as the wound underneath the wound.

3. How This Shows Up in Your Life

This card tells you how the issue, emotion, or memory is manifesting itself in your life presently. It shows you how it affects your choices, relationships, or thoughts. This is a mirror.

4. What to Re-examine: What Mercury Retrograde wants you to re-examine

This card represents what MR wants you to revisit, revise, or rethink the issue, emotion, or memory. This will give you a clearer understanding or a second chance.

5. A tool or strength you can use to work through this

This card tells you what tool or strength you have within you to help you cope or face this shadow. This is your flashlight in the dark.

6. What direction your inner work is guiding you towards

This is the mindset that this shadow work wants you to adopt.

Let me know if you would like to see more tarot spreads on this blog! I would love to create tarot spreads again like I did for Tarot By SammyBrite! And if this spread helped you, let me know in the comments below!
