Hello everyone! Happy September! Here are your September Monthly Tarotscopes! Today, I am using Tarot of a Moon Garden by Karen Marie Sweikhardt. Be sure to check your sun, moon, and rising signs for a complete reading!   Virgo - Happy birthday to my fellow September Virgos! You drew your zodiac card, The Hermit, for September! You may feel the need to withdraw or even start hygee early. You may have a quiet celebration either by yourself or with a select few of loved ones at home. Your song for this month is “Independent Women - Pt. I” by Destiny's Child (hey hey BeyoncΓ© is a fellow September Virgo!). Your focus this month is  trusting your wisdom, solitude, coziness, and independence. Libra - Libra besties, you drew the Ten of Swords reversed. You may hold on to something that is harmful. Such as a relationship, a job, a thought, or behavior. You refuse to let go, despite its hurting you. You need to realize that some things have run their course, and it's time to t...

New Moon in Virgo: Let's Get Our Sh*t Together!

Surprise! You get an additional blog post this week! Since I took the week of August 11th off, I thought I would do a Saturday blog post in honor of the New Moon in Virgo on Saturday, August 23rd. Virgo rules the sixth house in Astrology which is our day-to-day life, our habits, our routines, our jobs, and our health. Virgo is a Mutuable sign with Gemini, Sagittarius, and Pisces. Pisces is their sister sign/opposite sign. Virgo and Gemini are both ruled by the planet Mercury. Mercury rules communication. While Gemini is the more talkative sign, Virgo is more of a thinker. Virgos are naturally good writers where Gemini's are better public speakers.  The new moon in Virgo will have us in our planner era for the lunar cycle. We will be all about to-do lists, health check-ups, and setting clear, actionable goals.  I did a collective tarot reading for the new moon in Virgo. And it is spicy!! Let's take a look at the cards! What is the overall mood the collective is feeling d...

STOP Fearing the Swords! (They're Not the Villain!)

Three of Swords. Five of Swords. Seven, eight, nine, and ten of Swords! Ugh! One or more of these Swords cards appeared in your tarot reading. You go into a tizzy over the interpretations other readers have said about these cards. Such as heartbreak, arguments & conflict, cheating & manipulation, playing the victim, nightmares, betrayal. All doom and gloom. But let me tell you. I am not a tarot reader or client who isn't afraid of Swords cards (or the Tower, the Devil, or Death cards but that's for another time).  Many have misinterpreted the suit of Swords, "professional" and amateur tarot readers. To them, Swords equals chaos, conflict, and doom. But that's just one way to read 'em. I view the Swords suit as dealing with our thoughts, our mental health, our ideas, and communication. The Swords are the suit of air. The air element can represent thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and communication. It is quick-acting, but not as fast as the fire element, bu...
